Our team will build the runway.

Project Team and Management Structure

Staffing

An Executive Director will ensure smooth coordination of Hangar2 for all users and tenants and will be supported by a facilities director, administrative staff, and maintenance personnel.

Evaluation

We will use a variety of quantitative and qualitative tools, including tracking participation rates, to effectively monitor progress toward our mission. However, the true impact will be realized throughout the lifetime of our kids as they develop into adults and, in turn, give back to their communities.

Management Structure

The program providers, under the governance of the Board of Directors, will independently operate their programs while sharing the overarching objective for the positive development of youth.

Board/Campaign Leadership Team

Capital fundraising and oversight for the design, permitting, and construction related to the renovation of Hangar2 are handled by our Board of Directors and select Board Advisors.

Operations Forecast

Operations will be primarily funded through special events, memberships, and leases/rentals to independent recreational activity providers. We will engage in ongoing fundraising initiatives to fund public access and scholarship activities.

Project Team

To support the Board, Advisors and other committees, we have engaged a team of architectural, engineering, construction, activity programming, legal and fundraising experts, many having worked on adaptive building renovations in Magnuson Park.
